We are a cooperative comprised of coffee farmers whose traditions span generations. With limited access to education, infrastructure and financial aid, third world countries rely on agriculture for our well-being. In today’s global economy third party certifications such as fair trade may work for some, while others won’t see the benefits. For us the path was clear; distributing direct to our customer. We believe this model will not only improve our livelihoods, but also produce a sustainable, single-origin coffee of the highest quality.

We have chosen a medium roast to develop a coffee that is sweet, yet subtle with a medium body that is balanced in aroma, acidity, and complexity.
Adding another 30 degrees to the roasting process, we bring out dark chocolate notes and develop a full body. Our Italiano coffee is dark roasted to compliment any dessert.
